Oh hay girl. Lil #tbt to leading a crazy yoga retreat some years ago in Ecuador. I was really jumping ahead. Doing things before we are ready can be painful, but that's how we learn forgiveness and authenticity right?! It's so interesting how being comfortable in our own skin is such a process. These days I'm super interested in being right where I am and taking it easy. Reflecting on the cycle of freedom • the caterpillar 🐛 in the cocoon coming out and trying to fly wth wet wings and then finally flying high as a fully embodied butterfly (why is there no emoji) only to return to the cocoon once again. “Our plans never turn out as tasty as reality.” ~Ram Dass 💕✨🌈 Morning 🌈✨💕 Magic is indeed not only real but IMPORTANT to remember. To take charge of our magic is a deep process. Two years ago today I was on the beach in a deep and weird state of shock on retreat in Maui with Ram Dass. So much grief had come up in me that I got scared and checked out. I couldn't see or feel the beauty around me. I was covered in judgement and the darkness of who I thought I was. Being in the presence of unconditional love within ourselves and with others can be ecstatic and blissful. And as they say bright lights cast dark shadows. When we are really devoted to love Grace will show us the things that keep us from living in it. So we can step forward. Again and again. That's why things like rainbows and all the high vibe positive stuff is so important to feel and share. Because life isn't always easy but transformation and miracles do occur. To make sure that we don't do all this work and then forget to give and receive the blessings + joy in life too! Many of us were conditioned to feel the weight of the world but that's part of how we help, we just can't buy into it. We continue to be new each day and face into Love again and again.
